Admin: Set Agents up in HubSpot
Make sure that CSRs and NuView agents have all of the features they need to be successful.
- Add agent as a HubSpot user.
- Go here: Users & Teams
- If the agent does not accept their invitation fast enough, you can re-send it.
- Once the agent has accepted their invitation, add them to the correct
- Seat
- Team
- Permission set
- Add the agent as a Contact in the regular HubSpot database.
- Go to Contacts and click the orange "Add contacts" button
- Email address must match the email address used for the HubSpot user.
- Name spelling must match exactly.
- The property "Agent Type" needs to be filled in as either
- Agway CSR
- NuView
- Add the agent to the Sales Person dropdown properties on various objects once they have their TPV ID number.
- Go to Properties.
- Be sure to edit ALL of the "Sales Person" fields:
- Add the agent to the Sales Group workflow.
