Admin: Set Agents up in HubSpot

Make sure that CSRs and NuView agents have all of the features they need to be successful.

  1. Add agent as a HubSpot user
    1. Go here: Users & Teams
    2. If the agent does not accept their invitation fast enough, you can re-send it. 
    3. Once the agent has accepted their invitation, add them to the correct
      1. Seat
      2. Team
      3. Permission set
  2. Add the agent as a Contact in the regular HubSpot database.
    1. Go to Contacts and click the orange "Add contacts" button
    2. Email address must match the email address used for the HubSpot user. 
    3. Name spelling must match exactly. 
    4. The property "Agent Type" needs to be filled in as either
      1. Agway CSR
      2. NuView
  3. Add the agent to the Sales Person dropdown properties on various objects once they have their TPV ID number.
    1. Go to Properties.
    2. Be sure to edit ALL of the "Sales Person" fields:
      1. Account — Sales Person (Made original sale, never changes)
      2. Deal — Sales Person
      3. Signup — Sales Person
      4. Signup — Sales Person for Signup Form
      5. Ticket — Sales Person
  4. Add the agent to the Sales Group workflow.
