Generate a One-off Renewal Letter

Use this for Accounts that did not get a Renewal Letter generated with the batch, but now need one.

When you are ready to both generate a Pending/Renewal Deal and a Renewal Letter for a single Account, you will do the following:
  1. Review these Segments, which will help you to identify which Accounts need One-Off Renewal Letters. Both of them are lists of NY Accounts without a Renewal Letter generated within the last 5 months. Feel free to edit the filters on these lists as needed.

  1. On the Account, change the property "One-off Renewal Letter Needed" to "Yes."
    1. This property prevents the calculation of the sequence number, as one is not needed here. 
  2. Edit the property "Run workflow to create renewal Deal" to "yes."
  3. Give the workflows a few minutes to run, then check to confirm that the Renewal Letter was populated property. Here is the special workflow for populating one-off letters: https://app.hubspot.com/workflows/40211458/platform/flow/1707627192/edit 
  4. If something goes wrong, delete the Renewal Letter and the Pending Deal. Confirm that both properties on the Account were cleared. Then, mark both properties on the Account again.

The process only works to place information for one Account on one Renewal Letter. Since no time stamps are needed here, this should take about 5 minutes.
