How to add more contractor email addresses to HubDB

If these steps are not taken, Dispatch will break!

  1. Add a new column to the correct HubDB table.
  2. Update the Dispatch serverless functions (both TEST and the real one) to include contractor_email_x in the fields.
  3. Create a new Ticket property with internal name contractor_email_x.
