How to Add New HubSpot Users

These instructions particularly apply to CSRs and NuView team members.

  1. Add them as HubSpot users on this screen.
  2. Add to proper Team
  3. Add to proper Permission Set
  4. Update the "Sales Person" properties:
    1. Form submission - Sales Person (Contact property)
    2. Sales Person (Account property)
    3. Sales Person (Deal property)
    4. Sales Person (Signup property)
  5. Update the branches in these workflows, which update "Sales Group"
    1. Ops NY and PA: Set "Sales Group" on Account
    2. Ops NY and PA: Set "Sales Group" on Deal
