Loading Utility Rates into HubSpot

  1. Prepare the new Utility Rates by exporting all records from the Utility Rate view. 
  2. Using your exported file, make any necessary updates. We will be replacing the rates that are in HubSpot. If a new row is needed, feel free to add that to the sheet and include all needed properties.
  3. The "Utility Rate Lookup" field needs to have capitalization exactly match so Utility Rates are correctly connected to Accounts and Deals. On Deals, the commodity is capitalized, so pleas follow the below examples for “Utility Rate Lookup”:
    1. NATGRIDElectricitySC2C
    2. NFGNYNatural Gas (notice that there is a space in the middle)
