Manually Enter a One-Off Renewal

When received via paper or email

Consent for renewals will be recorded in HubSpot first, just like they are when an Agent takes permission from a customer though the Agent-facing portal, except paper renewals will not be submitted to TPV.

In order to properly record a Renewal in HubSpot, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Account record with the ARID being renewed. 
    1. Set "Renewal Available, Needs Consent" to "No."
  2. Navigate to the "Consent Pending" or "Consent Rejected" Deal record associated with the ARID being renewed. The correct Deal will have the association label of "Consent Pending."
    1. Set "I accept the renewal contract" as "Yes."
    2. Enter the "Express Consent Date"
    3. Set the "Express Consent Type" as "PAPER."
