Merging Contacts

Contacts created by the Dialer when phone number matches exactly

The Dialer integration uses phone number as a unique identifier. It will update the HubSpot contact that already has that phone number

Contacts created by the Dialer when phone number does NOT match

1. If the newly created Dialer Contact has an email address that matches an existing Customer in HubSpot, this workflow will create a task for Deb to manually review them: Ops: Create task for Deb if "NuView Email" matches "Email" and at least one contact is a Customer
2. If the newly created Dialer Contact has an email address that matches an existing Lead in HubSpot, this workflow will automatically merge them: Ops: Merge Contacts from Dialer if "NuView Email" matches "Email" and both contacts are Leads
