  1. Add HubSpot user. 
    1. Go here: Users & Teams
    3. Once the user has accepted their invitation, add them to the correct
      1. Seat
      2. Team
      3. Permission set
  2. Record layout are controlled by Teams, but access to tool and screens are controlled by permission sets.
