Sales Admin: Properties to change when Passed TPV is not recorded in HubSpot
Follow this process only when there is an error that needs to be rectified

Confirm that the TPV record you are looking at in the AnswerNet dashboard correlates with the record you are looking at in HubSpot.
- For New Signups, find the Signup object.
- For Renewals, find the Deal in the "Consent Pending" stage.
- For Cancellations, find the Deal in the "Active" stage.

- Live-Enroll Response = "Good Sale"
- TPV Status = "Passed TPV"

Account

Customer accepts the renewal contract = "Yes, customer consents to the new rate"
- Renewal Available, Needs Consent = "No"

TPV submission unique identifier (TPV confirmation number)

If Sales Group is NuView, also set property NuView Deal owner

If Sales Group is Agway CSR, also set property Deal owner

- Live-Enroll Response = "Good Sale"

Enter Internal Notes if desired.

Close the ticket; change Ticket status to "Closed."
