Sales Admin: Properties to change when Passed TPV is not recorded in HubSpot

Follow this process only when there is an error that needs to be rectified

  1. Confirm that the TPV record you are looking at in the AnswerNet dashboard correlates with the record you are looking at in HubSpot. 

    1. For New Signups, find the Signup object. 
    2. For Renewals, find the Deal in the "Consent Pending" stage.
    3. For Cancellations, find the Deal in the "Active" stage.
  2. New Signups

    1. Live-Enroll Response = "Good Sale"
    2. TPV Status = "Passed TPV"
  3. Renewals

    1. Account

      1. Customer accepts the renewal contract = "Yes, customer consents to the new rate"

      2. Renewal Available, Needs Consent = "No"
    2. Deal

      1. TPV submission unique identifier (TPV confirmation number)

      2. Sales Person

      3. Sales Group

        1. If Sales Group is NuView, also set property NuView Deal owner 

        2. If Sales Group is Agway CSR, also set property Deal owner

      4. Deal TPV Status - Renewals = "PASSED TPV"

      5. Live-Enroll Response = "Good Sale"
    3. Ticket

      1. Enter Internal Notes if desired.

      2. Close the ticket; change Ticket status to "Closed."

  4. Cancellations

    1. Deal

      1. Cancellation status = "Cancellation Approved"

      2. NS Ineligible Reason

      3. TPV submission unique identifier (TPV confirmation number)

      4. Sales Person

      5. Sales Group

        1. If Sales Group is NuView, also set property NuView Deal owner 
        2. If Sales Group is Agway CSR, also set property Deal owner
      6. Deal TPV Status - Cancellation = "PASSED TPV"

      7. Live-Enroll Response = "Good Sale"
    2. Ticket

      1. Enter Internal Notes if desired.

      2. Enter Ineligible Reason

      3. Close the ticket; change Ticket status to "Closed."
